Imported from Germany and prepared by baking according to a German technique.

[Fluorescent Powder]
The Germany-imported, three-primary-color, rare-earth fluorescent power is adopted and the lighting effect and color rendering property are great improved.

[Baking]
The German infrared technique is adopted and hence the baking quality is improved.

Manufacture of Lamp Filament
Imported tungsten filament is adopted to prepare a three-spiral lamp filament according to an Austrian technique and hence the switch performance is greatly improved.

[Bead Heating and Filament Winding]
The glass-bead-welding method and unique coating method with electric power are adopted to ensure the consistency and quality of cathode stand.

[Manufacture of Mercury Pellet]
Solid mercury pellets are adopted, resulting consistent mercury-input, and the pellets are easy to be injected in and environmentally friendly.

[Argon Injection]
The injection of gaseous argon can be precisely controlled to excellently ensure the consistency of product quality.

[Performance Testing]
The technological parameters of the whole production line and quality guarantee are both automatically tested and evaluated to ensure high-level product quality and good consistency (the investment of production line: RMB two hundred forty million yuan).
